Melina is a co-founder of Maestro Group and heads up marketing and digital strategy. She takes a marketing first view and partners with Will to see how sales strategy will be implemented within the marketing customer journey experience. She brings over ten years of experience helping companies create better products and services by helping them understand what to build, who to sell it to and how to sell it - through the right messaging, content and user experience.
Melina graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. She is also an MIT Sloan MBA alum. She also holds a certificate in User Design Experience
Outside of work, Melina enjoys traveling, discovering new cultures and foods, yoga, writing and reading about technology, new trends and design thinking. She also holds a degree in Integrative Nutrition and enjoys coaching others as a health & wellness coach.
