This “asymmetric dominance,” or “decoy effect,” is the focus of a great recent summary by some physicists, or watch this classic 2-minute video from economist Dan Ariely for a refresher!
GOOD Magazine put out this thought-provoking infographic about the aging workforce. But MIT Technology Review argues that between artificial intelligence, automation, and keeping skilled older workers engaged, there are a lot of ways to make the best of the situation.
