Razia is a thought leader with a broad background with exceptional business acumen, customer service, analytical, and operations capabilities. Razia is strategically agile, with demonstrated history of delivering revenue, profit, and operating performance improvements with a focus on building a customer centric organization. She has a consistent track record of making a substantive business impact resulting in revenue growth, reduced expenses and increased service levels, in short time frames.
Most recently, Razia has been consulting with clients on customer experience strategies focused on driving profits by innovating the customer and employee experience. Prior to her consulting role she served as Senior Vice President, Chief Customer Officer at Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. She reported to the CEO and led transformational initiatives to develop a customer centric organization. These initiatives included the implementation of Net Promoter across the enterprise, creation of a 360 degree customer data analytics team and use of customer journey mapping activities for major strategic initiatives. She also held various operational and financial leadership roles in the organization working as a change agent and collaborative executive driving results while keeping a focus on the customer.
Razia holds a MBA from the University of San Diego, and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from San Diego State University. She is on the Advisory Board for Execs In The Know, CX professional group and has been a key note speaker and facilitator for several CX conferences over the past several years.
